French Rectangular wall mirror from Adrien Audoux and Frida Minet. This Franco-Swiss couple wanted to make art with everyday objects from simple materials. They were in opposition to Art Deco, which used luxurious materials. Their goal was also to make art accessible to a more popular audience. For this the couple favored a return to simple materials such as hemp ropes, beech and bamboo.
