Italian Renaissance Gitwood Tabernacle Mirror

About the Item

A large Italian giltwood mirror in the style of a Renaissance tabernacle. Pedimented, with its original gilding and paintwork throughout. It has an old mirror plate with minor loses in places. This mirror is very heavy and has a deep stepped base, so would suit sitting upon a mantle, chest, or console.
