About the Item
A dreamy square mirror in the Modern Art Deco style featuring a boldly contoured molded wood frame with a distressed silver gilt finish. The curvaceous profile is punctuated by four applied floral rosettes on each quadrant, lending a rounded dimension and ornamental detail to the otherwise architectural profile.
The mirror is divided into nine sections, featuring intersecting antiqued glass panels that give the appearance of an aged mercury mirror with artfully scattered speckling. Floral appliques sit at the junctions of the mirrored sections, adding a hand-crafted touch. The layered geometry and reflective depth evoke the glamour of the 1920s with a contemporary patina.
