About the Item
The matched pair of Louis XVI style mirrors have a boldly carved molding of acanthus leaves with a middle convex panel. The inner molding has dot and dash detail with an additional palmetto detailed molding on the fourth side. The water gilded gesso is in deep relief. The mercury glass is two part and original.
