About the Item
The SC mirror is one of the largest mirrors that designer Jordan Keaney has made, featuring his signature Ceramic Foam on the front, transforming these mirrors into functional sculptures. The porous ceramic structure is one solid cast piece, and then carved by the artist himself, and finally hand painted.
All mirrors by Jordan Keaney are customisable and can be made in any shape, size, colour and finish.
This mirror collection came about after making a table entirely in ceramic, which was then destroyed in a gallery by a visitor, and after collecting the shattered remains but not wanting to waste them, Keaney transformed them into Mirrors, which then resulted in him developing the loss of one project into the birth of another.
