Wicker and wood baby carriage with large iron-spoke wheels and functioning spring suspension.
This late Victorian-era baby carriage features a hand-woven wicker body, shaped wood panels, and an exposed suspension system with strong spring action. The four iron-spoked wheels roll smoothly, despite one slightly bent front rim. Original turned wood push handle and detailed coil-wrapped supports enhance the rustic, handmade aesthetic. Timeworn but structurally sound, this piece reflects 19th-century domestic craftsmanship and design sensibilities-equal parts charming and enduring.
