About the Item

One pair of WWII Naval Binoculars with a magnification of 20 x 120. Mounted on a period tripod, these exceptional binoculars display entirely original optics in a distinctly Japanese straight-body instrument. This particular pair circa 1930 was on a Japanese destroyer, one of the most formidable destroyers of the World War II era. They only allotted one pair of binoculars per destroyer, making this style particularly unique. A stunning centerpiece for any home or office, each binocular has its own unique serial markings, which means no one else in the world except you would own this incredible, one of a kind, collectible piece.
