Rare the 'Encyclopedie des Arts Decoratifs et Industriels Modernes' (Encyclopedia of Modern Decorative and Industrial Arts in the twentieth century) complete set of 12 original books, first edition of 1925. Printed by French Government Printing Office on Arches Vellum paper, 12 vol. in-4, binding to corners by the publisher, more than 1200 boards intaglio printing, some in color. Text in French. One copy of this edition is in The Metropolitan Museum of Art. Basically anything you want to know about Art Deco is in those books. Each volume is about a different aspect of life and culture.
