Cameo, Apollo and Marsyas. Glass. Possibly, Italy, 19th century. Cameo or intaglio showing the tied satyr Marsyas, Apollo standing and holding the lyre, and kneeling Olympus. Compare the piece with the one known as the Seal of Nero, an intaglio that belonged to Lorenzo de' Medici (Farnese Collection) and is in the National Archaeological Museum of Naples in Italy.
