About the Item

A rare meat slicer made by one of the most famous manufacturers: Berkel, Holland. This model is an H9 and comes in two parts, the base which can be removed from the main machine and placed on a counter. Perfect proportions for both domestic and commercial use or just as a conversation piece in a kitchen or living room, the slicer is operated by a flywheel and is in perfect working condition, fully restored and hand polished. Has 14 different slicing settings, removable washable trays, easy to use and to maintain.
