Offered this unique full size sedan chair/carriage from the late 19th century with great original details.
When was the last time you saw an original sedan chair? Let alone a sedan chair that is also for sale, this is your chance! This nice original antique sedan chair is most likely Dutch colonial and is in a good original condition. The red velvet upholstery is probably not original but it does fit well with the whole. Apart from some normal signs of age, the upholstery is in a correct condition. These types of sedan chairs were, believe it or not, mainly used to bring the homeowner from one side of the house to the other, inside. The carriage was probably carried by 4 people. This great decorative object is a unique addition to your private collection or in a business environment such as a hotel or restaurant.
