After the second world war, British Racing Motors (BRM) was the much-publicised British torchbearer for Grand Prix racing success.

At the Goodwood Festival of Speed this year (2021) they celebrated both BRM’s inaugural Grand Prix 70 years ago and the launch of a series of 3 faithful modern-day recreations of the Type 15, as it was at the end of its F1 career in 1953, built by historic restoration specialists Hall & Hall. The weekend included a track parade of original BRM examples as well as several of the cars taking part in the racing action.
