Fabulous library telescope with engraved collar marked with makers name "Wellington, Crown Court, Soho, London". Fitted with a spotting scope and geared focal tube. Mounted to a pillared tripod. Clear optics. Alexander Wellington traded at 20 Crow Court, with the firm in business from 1784 to 1827.23" H x 60" W open. 57" W closed. 3" Diameter. 16 lbs.
