Early 20th Century Ship's Binnacle
About the Item
Ship's binnacle on wood pedestal. The binnacle itself is a brass bowl with top that holds 2 oil lamps with porcelain burners. Iron compensating balls are mounted to brass brackets. The wood pedestal has a varnished finish. Note: a couple of splits to the base. Four brass mounting pads are fitted to the bottom for deck mount. Overall height is 45". W: 22" x 14."
