A nautical brass porthole window with a swing plate from a decommissioned ship. One hinged side and one 'dog' that opens and closes the window. Circa 1980's The Lockhart Collection is a personally curated gallery of antiques and fine jewelry, owned and operated by Deborah Lockhart Phillips.
