Mid-Century "Sputnik" table barometer weather station made in West Germany by Relative Hygrometer. This desktop space-age Sputnik-style weather station Features an acrylic ball housing a thermometer, barometer, and hygrometer.
There is cosmetic damage as shown in the picture, with some cracks and holes in the acrylic sphere.
