Decorative Folding Screen, Faux Bird’s Eye Maple Wood Grained
About the Item
A chic and versatile three panel wooden folding screen, with trompe l’oeil faux bois marquetry panels featuring large diamonds set between rectangular panels on each. The screen can be configured in a zig zag or curved back as a traditional dressing screen. Hinged hardware is copper finished and can fold in either direction. Painted a complementary buttery tan two tone on the back side. Late 20th century. Very good condition, light wear mainly to paint on the back side, irregularities to the finish as made.
