We are delighted to offer for sale this stunning original English circa 1880 brass hat glove and coat stand with rare Dolphin tripod base. This is a bit of a unicorn in the world of coat stands, it’s a very classically English style, I've not seen one with a Victorian cast Dolphin base before. The top is specially designed to rotate which is a nice feature. In terms of the condition it is straight and solid, the brass has a nice patination and looks very artistic from all angles, we have cleaned waxed and polished it from top to bottom. Dimensions height:- 183cm width:- 47.5cm depth:- 47.5cm Please note all measurements are taken at the widest point.
