The crewelwork dating from the mid 17th century (circa 1650)
A tree of life design .Worked in naturally dyed wools
Professionally re lined, interlined and partially re applied to a later strong and stable linen
Museum type conservation, partial restoration mostly leaving As Is, preserving as much as possible of the original 17th century ground.
