The pattern is known as the Blue Onion Pattern. Each vase has twenty four openings for tulips or flowers opening to a hollow cavity for water. Dimensions: 31 1/4 inches tall x 8 3/4 inches square base. A "tulipiere" is a type of ornate vase, also known as a tulip vase or pyramid vase, designed to hold multiple stems of flowers, particularly tulips, in individual spouts.
