This antique Karabagh Runner features an indigo field with a polychrome herati-pattern around a central ivory stepped lozenge containing a shaded burgundy-purple and sandy-brown palmette, minor flowerheads at each end, the ivory serrated spandrels with a polychrome angular vine, in a burgundy-purple border of bolder polychrome angular scrolling floral vine between terracotta-red and sea-green barber-pole and plain stripes.
