About the Item
Based on an original Asmara painting, Ascot interprets how legendary American Interior Designer Billy Baldwin might design an English Stately House. An antique red is overlaid with honey and gold geometry reminiscent of marquetry. Made with Fine quality hand spun wool yarns, this handmade pile rug has natural variations in colors and texture similar to antique rugs. Also available in needlepoint, shown at right, and San Marco needlepoint. Has passed independent durability tests by the Independent Textile Service of Dalton, Georgia, USA. Green manufacturing methods make this rug safe for children and pets. Use with a pad. Measures: 10' x 14'.
