About the Item

Settanta rug I by Giulio Brambilla Dimensions: D 300 x W 200 x H 1.5 cm Materials: NZ wool, bamboo silk Available in other colors. Boasting a modern geometric design of strong visual impact, this rug will make a singular statement in any Minimalist or contemporary home. A tribute to midcentury design by architect and designer Giulio Brambilla, this rug is hand tufted from bamboo silk and New Zealand wool on two different levels to enhance the three-dimensional quality of the geometric motif set on a neutral or contrasting background. This rug is available in other sizes and colors, and in a hand knotted version. Aesthetic-driven and born creative, Giulio Brambilla can be found cool-hunting around the globe’s vintage warehouses, ateliers and galleries. Graduating in architecture at the Politecnico di Milano, Giulio Brambilla made his debut in the interior design industry for famous Italian brands. Giulio Brambilla has an innate ability to transform a hovel into a home. His affinity for the neoclassical style, midcentury and Art Deco does not limit his design ability; patterns, colors and unique Material combinations are all part of creating the inner beauty for any architectural structure.
