About the Item

Offset reversing rows of red and ecru small botehs uniformly decorate the navy field while an ecru border with profile palmettes and tiny buds on a trapezoidal meander surrounds it. The top red boteh extensions have a fountain-like effect.”Northwest Persian” applies to any, usually runner (kenare), pieces from villages throughout Azerbaijan province which cannot be more precisely attributed. Moderate/medium weave. Measures: 3'0'' x 11'3''.
