The rich navy indigo field of this carpet is rigorously organized by a strap work delineating cartouches and stiff connecting bars with palmette and split arabesque decoration. The madder red border features reversing turtle palmettes. Excellent condition. Ultra-dense weave. Crisp, clear palette.
