Antique Persian Sarouk Rug 5'8'' x 8'2''. This moderately woven, semi-geometric rustic rug shows a softened, abrashed madder rust field with a version of the classic 2/1/2 pattern with sand stepped corner reserves, around a central abrashed light blue jagged oval medallion with projecting lobes and arrows .Cream, straw, pale green, medium-dark blue and red details. Cream-straw border with "bugs" bearing rosettes. As new condition.
