50460, vintage Turkish Oushak Gallery rug with Art Deco and Mid-Century Modern style, wide Hallway runner. With its bold geometric pattern and angular designs, this hand knotted wool vintage Turkish Oushak runner embodies Art Deco and Mid-Century Modern style. It features large scale cusped medallions, each filled with a beige quartrefoil motifs flanked with serrated pendants, floating in an open abrashed red field. A group of stylized leafy bouquets adorn each corner spandrel. It is enclosed with a Burdock motif border in alternating colors. Highlighting rectilinear architectural elements and large-scale designs, this vintage Oushak runner is an amalgam of tribal influence and goes beyond the boundaries of everyday design to evoke feelings of otherworldly stories and symbolism.
