This elegant and fine Biedermeier ash wood armchairs were made circa 1825 in Vienna.
Viennese Biedermeier pieces are distinguished by their sophisticated proportions, rare and refined design, excellent craftsmanship and continue to have a great influence on modern design.
This early Biedermeier armchairs has a lovely ash wood / veneer accentuated by a light amber tone and 200 years old patina.
The upholstery beautifully emphasizes the warm amber shade of the ash wood and fine, beautifully carved details depicting the head of a swan and accentuated with delicate inlays.
The pieces sit well and are very comfortable.
The armchairs will be a great complement to any elegant interior. It does not matter whether it is a classic or modern interior because Biedermeier is simply timeless.
