About the Item

Found in the South of France, this pair of Early 20th Century French Armchairs were handcrafted from cane and walnut in the early 1900's. The chairs feature a walnut frame with a caned seat and gently contoured caned back. The armrest retain their cushioned as found green upholstery. Each chair is raised on four gracefully curved cabriole legs ending in scroll feet that are all adjoined by an ornately shaped apron. These Early 20th Century French Louis XV Style Walnut and Caned Armchairs with their light airy construction and warm patina will be the perfect additon to any formal or casual setting. 21.75"W x 18.5"D x 39"H Seat Height 18.25"
