French Napoleon III Armchair with Diamond Tufting
About the Item
This exceptional French 19th century Napoleon III armchair features diamond tufting and scrolled arms, typical of this period in French design. The graceful curve of the rounded back carries through to the flared arms, highlighted by the intricate tufting – an impeccable touch of classic design styling. The cabriole legs have been ebonized and the casters are original. This wonderful armchair has been stripped down to the original muslin, ready to be upholstered in the fabric of your choice. Well suited to a variety of interiors, the charming Napoleon III style is perfect for any living area, giving an air of classic sophistication and character.
