French Walnut Os de Mouton Throne Chair with Dog Armrests, circa 1880
About the Item
Antique French walnut Louis XIII, or Os de Mouton throne chair, with stylish carved details including figural dog armrests. This spectacular chair would be an awesome spot to read a good novel, next to the fireplace on a winter afternoon. Our in house old plank shops have properly rebuilt the frame and re-upholstered the padding using horsehair. The chair needs upholstery which can be done in-house, please email or call us for details.
