James Plucknett attributed, probably for Collier and Plucknett in the style of E W Godwin. An exagerated high back Anglo-Japanese ebonized armchair with pyramid finials and a Japanese style fretwork back, curved arms above a rush seat with step tapering front legs united by a corresponding front stretcher and splayed legs to the back.
