A good looking well made and decorative show framed armchair, show framed pieces were made for exhibitions, they were designed to demonstrate how talented the craftsman was
This piece has been cleaned waxed and polished, the frame has various age related timber shrinkage sections, the upholstery is very old and could do with being renewed
