This stylish pair of armchairs attributed to Italian designer Adriano Piazzesi features the same iconic original brown velvet fabric and embodies the bold yet refined aesthetic of 1970s Italian design.
With clean lines and sculptural proportions, these chairs offer both visual impact and everyday comfort. The steel detailing on the sides adds a modernist touch that contrasts beautifully with the rich texture of the velvet.
The armchairs are in good vintage condition overall. On the backside of the chairs the fabric shows some peeling and loose threads, mostly visible upon close inspection. These signs of wear are consistent with the age and originality of the upholstery and do not affect their structure or comfort.
