About the Item

Rare pair of lounge chairs by the known Belgium designer Alfred Hendrickx. The models shown is documented as the S12 model produced by Belform, Belgium in the late 1950s. Freshly re-upholstered in plush cream Pierre Frey "Teddy" mohair. The legs are finished with solid brass details on the feet, which gives the chairs a very unique expression. The brass "sabots" have been left in their original patinated condition but can be revived upon request. These chairs will ship from France and can be returned to either France or to an upstate NY facility.
