Pair of deco armchairs
About the Item
The pair of deco-style armchairs is attributed to architect Ennio Golfieri (1907-1994), son of painter Giuseppe Golfieri as well as a prominent figure in the city of Faenza, which named a street after him. He has been involved in furniture and ceramics, among other things. He donated his library, manuscripts and correspondence to the City Library.
The armchairs are made of fruit tree wood, with blackened arms and bars kept their natural color. The design is modern yet elegant. Ingenious that the seat can be removed.
Because of its quality and rarity, as well as objects of use, they can be considered collector's items.
