Pair of English 1830s Regency Walnut Upholstered Armchairs with Scrolling Arms

About the Item

A pair of English Regency walnut armchairs from the mid 19th century, with large scrolling arms and green upholstery. Created in England during the second quarter of the 19th century, each of this pair of armchairs features an out-curving back connected to two large scrolling arms. The seat, along with the back, is upholstered with a green fabric adorned with bees surrounded by laurel wreaths. The chairs are resting on curving legs in the front, saber in the back. With their elegant lines and walnut patina, this pair of English Regency armchairs circa 1830 will bring a touch of refinement to any bedroom or living room.

An English Regency period mahogany armchair from the early 19th century, with scrolling arms, turned legs, upholstery and petite casters. Created in England during the second quarter of the 19th century, this mahogany armchair features a straight rectangular back with curving upper rail, connected to two full arms with scrolling knuckles resting on turned supports. The seat (measuring 17 inches of height), back and arms are all upholstered with a diamond themed fabric with red, yellow and cream tones.
