About the Item
Ca. earlier 20th c. Elaborately carved frames in Pistachio Green paint overall. The carved leaf and berry crest rails with shaped leafy finials. Ribbon twists on the outer frames and skirt rails and carved leaves on the arms. Raised on leafy tapering fluted legs with rosettes at the tops. The front legs on stone casters. Upholstered seats, backs and manchettes in a fine pink floral on ecru fabric with coordinating braid trim.
Dimensions: 39 1/4" H x 25" W x 24" D x 20" H seat
Condition: Please review the detail photos. Various signs of age and use include several losses to the paint overall. Loss to finial on cresting rail to one chair. Two rosettes are compatibly replaced (one from each chair). An elegant pair of chairs finely made with a remarkable presentation.
