Regency Style Mahogany Gilt Decorated Armchair
About the Item
Finely crafted heavy mahogany armchair with the classic crest rail with scrolled ends with rosettes, and decorated with a gilt Greek key band. The scrolled arms with rosettes on the ends. Raised on klismos style legs with rosette on the tops. Overall gilt edges. Upholstered in a wide green and ecru striped silk. The manches with green silk.
H. 35 1/4", W. 22 1/2", Depth 27", seat H. 16"
Condition: There is slight wear to the left end of the crest rail which does not detract from the fine presentation. Please see photos for details of condition.
