19th Century Antique Gothic Revival Church Bench Settle

About the Item

A spectacular 19th Century carved Oak Gothic Church settle. The rectangular back features panels are filled with intricate carvings of tracery, arches and crosses, surmounted by a pierced geometrical tracery panel, crocodile armrests and linen-fold detailed panels to the base. The box seat has a hinged lid concealing a storage area.
