This English Regency period window bench features original black and gilt-painted surface with cane seat and ends, framed by curved supports and turned legs with gilt accents. The current cushion, done in a floral blue-and-cream print, is removable. The close-up image of the cane seat reveals its tight weave and well-preserved condition beneath the cushion.
