Early 20th c., American Art Nouveau settee with mother of pearl and satinwood inlay in a floral wreath and swag design set into a flame mahogany back. A lyre slat back lends a lightness to the piece. With a satin stripe upholstered seat and contrasting braided trim.
gently curved legs, ending on original wood casters.
The workmanship in the execution of the mother of pearl and satinwood inlay is quite remarkable. The piece is sound, shows well and is ready to place and enjoy.
