The Spazzola Bench by Riva 1920 is an artistic and functional piece crafted from a single block of scented cedar, designed to provide both comfort and visual appeal. The bench features an ergonomic seat, ensuring a comfortable experience for users. Its unique design is shaped like a hairbrush, capturing the eye with its playful and imaginative look. The base comprises anthracite-gray-lacquered iron struts, inclined at various angles, which ingeniously mimic the bristles of a brush. These iron legs not only add to the bench's distinctive aesthetic but also offer steady and reliable support to the raw cedar seat.

Riva 1920: Established in 1920, Riva 1920 has a long history of producing high-quality, sustainable furniture. The company combines traditional woodworking techniques with modern design principles to create timeless pieces.
To protect and maintain the volcano cedar finish follow the instructions provided with the maintenance kit. Apply natural scented oils or waxes every six months using the provided wax. After waxing, avoid placing cushions or sitting on the surface with light-colored clothing, as friction may cause slight color transfer. Promptly dab any spills with absorbent paper—do not rub. Hot liquids and strong detergents may permanently damage the surface. Dispose of wax-covered clothes following the maintenance kit instructions.
Solid cedar wood naturally expands, contracts, and forms cracks or splits over time. These are expected and do not qualify as defects. The Vulcano finish process may cause additional cracks, revealing pale yellow tones of untreated cedar beneath. This is a normal reaction and does not affect the wood’s integrity. Cracks or indentations can be touched up using the special brush and black color included in the maintenance kit.
This product is NOT intended for outdoor use. Exposure to outdoor elements may lead to significant cracking, fading, and damage, which will not be considered grounds for complaints or claims. The natural characteristics of solid cedar and the Vulcano finish process are inherent to the product and should be expected.
