Pair of French Louis XVI style tub armchairs, the carved gilded rail in the typical manner of the period, the frame a repeating motif of detailed leaves. To the scrolling acanthus caped arms, flanking around the bergere back and arms, with upholstered deep buttoned seat. All are raised on slender cabriolet supports terminating in scrolling toes.
