About the Item

Beautiful pair of French walnut chairs from the 17th century, with twisted legs and cushioned seats. The chairback is nicely done and openly worked in three parts. The cushioned seats are in mustard tones and rich in details, the pattern represents acanthus leaves. The rivets holding the seats are nailed dome heads light antique bronze.
