About the Item

An iconic example of Japanese modernist design, the Kabuto Chair was designed by Isamu Kenmochi for Tendo Mokko. Named after the traditional helmet shape (“kabuto”), the chair features a sculptural, curved backrest and seat that evoke both strength and elegance. The unique cut-out design provides visual lightness while offering ergonomic support, making it equally functional and striking. This chair is not only collectible piece of design history but also versatile enough for contemporary interiors—whether as accent seating in a living space, office, or gallery setting. *Quantity available: chairs in stock *Price is per chair
