Pair of 19th Century English Mahogany Hall Chairs

About the Item

Pair of 19th century mahogany hall chairs from England. The backs are in the shape of shields, which are pierced and have a central lozenge in the back with carved decoration. The seats are also shaped like shields and the chairs are supported on hand turned legs in the front and slightly splayed legs in the back for added design interest. These chairs are so graceful and elegant, and would look wonderful in any home or office.
