Su ognuna delle sedie che compongono l'opera è rappresentata una sezione della battigia di una particolare area geografica, in questo caso del Mar Mediterraneo, come indicato sul certificato firmato dall'artista sotto alla sedia. I presenti esemplari sono i numeri 38, 39, 40 e 41, collocati nella posizione indicata sulla mappa posta sull'imballaggio e sul fondo della sedia.
