Superb Set of Italian Chairs in Yellow Gold Lacquered Wood, circa 1950

About the Item

Very interesting set of 4 Italian chairs in yellow gold lacquered wood. Lyres chair back with two face to face unicorns in the center, some parts of which are gilded. The feet ending in lions' paws also golden. The very comfortable seat is covered with mauve velor fabrics, Italy, 1940-1950.
