Pill Leather Daybed by Phase Design

Powder-coated steel base with solid brass tips. Powder coat finishes are available in flat black, flat white, or flat gray. Upholstery may be sourced in the Customer's Own Material (COM), the Customer's Own Leather (COL), or in Phase Design's suggested fabrics and leathers. Prices may vary. Please contact us.
The Pill is a fresh take on the day bed. Three separate upholstered pieces attach to a solid steel base with solid brass feet.
Autodidact award-winning designer Reza Feiz has always been drawn to the strength in simplicity. Lured to Southern California by its inventive, creative spirit, he quickly discovered his true calling among the vast community of creators and artisans whose skills and ingenuity expertly transform imagination into reality.
Inspired by Los Angeles’ iconic landscape and the compelling beauty of the places and spaces he encountered, he envisioned furniture, lighting and tabletop accessories, fabricating them from contemporary materials with the help of a tightly knit coterie of craftspeople.
The resulting restrained yet revolutionary pieces have garnered enthusiasm from an international audience.

MSDS STUDIO is a successful Canadian design studio that works in interior, furniture and lighting design. The designers behind the studio are Jessica Nakanishi and Jonathan Sabine. A couple who have mastered to get their name established at numerous of the world’s leading design brands in a few years. We are proud to be able to have three of their designs in our collection. The studio is dedicated to material exploration, rigour and resourcefulness. With a modern approach to design, they create innovative design that engages contemporary culture while staying true to the inheritance of craftsmanship. Their work synthesises very meticulous considerations of color, form and space, which results in simple designs. The Annular pendant was the product that started the collaboration of MSDS and WOUD.
